Graduate Assistantships

The Lehman Center for Transportation Research (LCTR) offers over 20 graduate research assistantships each year to outstanding students who wish to pursue a M.S. or Ph.D. (preferred) degree in transportation engineering.  As an interdisciplinary program, we encourage students with the following backgrounds to apply: civil engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, computer engineering, computer science, telecommunications, statistics, operations research, mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
